Accounting Manager

We are looking for someone with strong finance and accounting fundamentals. You must have a desire to learn and have a very strong attention to detail. You possess strong Microsoft Excel, and organizational skills.
Prepare and review financial statements and other financial reports
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and related analyses
Design and implement business process improvement initiatives
Act as a liaison between Finance and other external and internal parties
Work from the Sibi office 5 days a week
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance; advanced degree preferred (CPA, Masters or MBA)
2+ years of public accounting experience (Big Four accounting, advisory, or consulting experience preferred)
Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or SEC reporting
Willingness to tackle complex problems, applying analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Ability to manage and review the work product of other team members
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality output
Capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously
Team oriented with strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of Sibi
