Sibi Call Center Representative

About the job
This role will be front line support for incoming calls related to Sibi platform orders and other general Sibi inquiries. You will become familiar with the Sibi ordering platform, products offered and system competencies allowing you to accept inbound calls and solve concerns in an efficient and effective manner.
What you'll do:
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery issues, and product information
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions or concerns
Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with customers at all times
Use provided software to track customer interactions and resolutions
Schedule contractors and manage jobs
Collaborate with team members to provide the best possible service to customers
Work from our Sibi office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
About you:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
Have a professional and friendly attitude while being able to develop rapport with the caller
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices with the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
High school degree or equivalent; further education or experience is a plus
